Dear Jesus,
I am sorry for living my life without you and I want to repent from (list your sins).
I believe that you died on the cross for my wrongdoings and that you overcame sin and death by your ressurection.
I am accepting you as my Lord and Savior and the only way to heaven and give my sins to you.
Please have mercy on me and cleanse me with your blood so that all my sins shall be forgiven.
I promise to give my life to you Jesus and live according to your commandments.
Let your Holy Spirit be alive in me and form me into the likeness of Christ.
Baptize me with your Holy Ghost and let me feel your love and miracles in my life as I walk more and more with you in obidience.
I confess that Jesus is Lord and the only one by whom I can be saved.
Please safe me now Jesus.
